Return Process

  Contact our support team at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging including all accessories, manuals, and cables to ensure the product is in 'like-new' condition.

  Ship to Linsoul

  Clearly mark your RMA number on the outside of the package and ship it to our designated return center using a trackable shipping method.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
